Anyway, why should Eilat be the selection race? Why not Rychnov? The quality of the field is roughly the same.
For big associations continental championships play no role in the selection process.
Most importantly, the only person who reads the Czech directive that the victory in Eilat doesn't mean the selection is Premek, quite understandably.
